When is the best time to go

The climate in the resort is mild. The Stara Planina Mountains reliably protect the coast from the northerly winds. The first tourists come to Elenite in April, but even in May it is still cool to swim - the Black Sea is warmed up to + 18 ... + 20 ° С. The real bathing season starts in June and ends in October.

According to tourists, there is no sweltering heat at the Elenite resort in Bulgaria. The average temperature in July and August is + 28 ° С. Sometimes the thermometer rises above + 30 ° С. Parents with babies and elderly tourists are advised to relax in Elenite in June or September.

Inna: "In July the weather was quite comfortable - a pleasant hot sun, without stuffiness and exhausting heat. The temperature did not rise above + 30 ° C. In the evenings, the air is fresh and cool."

Conclusions: is it worth going to Elenite

A small Bulgarian resort on the Black Sea coast - a place where life is measured and calm. The territory is closed, so the security is at the highest level. Prices are slightly lower than in Sunny Beach and Nessebar.

Holidays in Elenite are suitable for families with children and aged tourists. Fans of entertainment and discos at this resort will be bored. If you like parties and nightclubs, go to Burgas or Varna!

The main disadvantages of Elenite are the lack of attractions and public transport. There is only one bus during the season. The fares are high. One way trip to Sunny Beach will cost 2.5 €.
